Live Oak Medical is currently looking for dedicated people who are passionate.

We are currently looking to fill the following positions:
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and coordinating patient invoicing and credit memos, processing patient payments, processing patient credit card authorizations and fees, collections with internal and external communication, producing weekly Financial Dashboard and performing month end close for Accounts Receivable.
Requirements include solid knowledge of the AR process and a proven understanding of debits and credits.
The ability to prioritize tasks, communicate effectively and adhere to deadlines in a fast paced environment essential.
Expert knowledge of MS Office required.
Experience with Practice Plan Software a plus.
